Tickets are available for purchase at Miracles Happen at 12580 SW Broadway in Beaverton. The cost is $25/each or $250/Table of 10 when you pay by cash or check.
Purchase Tickets by Mail
Download and print a flyer, cut off the form on the bottom and mail it in with your check. Put it in the mail on or before May 25, 2012. The cost is $25/each or $250/Table of 10.
